Fotohaus is a multi-disciplinary photography practice with a speciality and approach that centres on the built environment. We have over 25 years experience between us, working in photography of architecture, interiors, construction, corporate, people, lifestyle, and products.
We are passionate about what we do and are easy to work with. We are innovative and unique, deliver stylish and creative photography and like to keep our look clean and simple.
Our clients include some of the largest architectural practices in the world, small local companies and FTSE 100 companies; we work directly with clients and in cooperation with design and advertising agencies.
To produce the best quality we use a variety of camera formats from high-end digital to view cameras, and provide images from capture including post-production and retouching, plus we have our own studio space and production facilities in the centre of Bristol.

Cameras and equipment - we use the best digital backs available; coupled with the highest quality lenses so whether you use the images on a billboard or website it looks fantastic, with rich colours, correct contrast and of course, exceptionally sharp with rich detail. Our perspective control view cameras and techniques make sure that your images are always architecturally correct.
High-level pole photography - unique to fotohaus, we have developed a system that allows us to use the same high end digital cameras remotely on a mast; allowing you a different perspective on your projects, and offering an alternative solution to difficult locations.
Verified images for cgi - fully controlled and measured photography for cgi and visualization base images including verified imaging. We provide all the camera details, measurements, survey markings and allied information required for this type of imaging.
Panoramic photography - a different angle and look; this is a great method of highlighting space or to showcase the wider location view of your projects.
Post production - All our images are post processed; colour and contrast corrected, cleaned, blended plus many more techniques including high definition photography. Scene not crowded enough? We can add people from multiple shots to make one shot look really busy to suit your needs; or want something removed from the shot, a colour changed? The possibilities are endless. Optimized and resized to your requirements, your images always arrive perfect and ready to be used.
Online selection process - our online contact sheet viewer offers you and everyone else involved in the project a perfect platform to select and view images from a shoot. Including the ability to instantly download comp images or files for online use. Larger files are sent on disk and ftp is also available if the larger files are required immediately.
Printing - We can supply a full range of finished, mounted and framed prints, so you can show off your projects to visitors to your office, they also make great gifts for valued clients, partners or employees.
Availability - We are always available. 24/7 we can answer queries, help with projects and there is always a photographer available to cover a particular day.
No hidden costs - You only pay only for time spent on shoot, we charge for our time so all the image files are included; plus we include all the basic post production and processing time of 1-2 days per 1 day spent shooting; advanced techniques are subject to negotiation.
Licence to use - The images are licensed to you the for an unlimited period for your general use. Advertising use is covered for any two media for one year or one media for two years. So you do not need to keep asking us or pay more fees to use the images you have already paid for. For exact details please ask for our terms and conditions. The usage terms are agreed before we shoot for you.
Health and safety - All fotohaus photographers carry CSCS cards and have their own PPE. We are fully insured for public liability.
