Wates Construction are currently working on a complex project in Holborn, London. Project 2020 comprises a two stage design and build redevelopment of three existing buildings to create a 14,000 sqm headquarters for client Anglo American and De Beers. Works include asbestos, soft strip, cladding and roof removal from existing buildings, along with demolition of St Andrews building.
